Booking Policy

Effective Date: March 15, 2025

By booking with us, you are reserving the entire villa, complete with all its rooms, facilities, and amenities. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please read and adhere to the following policies:

1. Booking Process

  • All reservations must be made through our official website, social media account, contact number, or authorized booking platforms.

  • A minimum deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid upon check-in

  • ​Security Deposit of ₱2,000 upon arrival to cover any accidental damages and/or violations. The amount will be returned upon check out if no violations or damages,

  • You will receive a confirmation via email or text upon successful reservation. Please review the confirmation details for accuracy.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfers

  • Credit/Debit cards

  • PayMaya and GCash

  • Cash (for on-site transactions only)

Please ensure that payment confirmation (e.g., proof of transfer) is sent to us for verification.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not allowed after the reservation has been confirmed and payment has been made

4. No Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total reservation cost.

 

​5. Special Promotions

Cancellation terms for promotional offers or special rates will be specified in the reservation details and may differ from standard policies.

6. Third-Party Bookings

if the booking was made through a third-party platform, the cancellation policy of that platform will apply.​

7. Modification of Reservations

  • Changes to your booking (e.g., rescheduling) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days in advance.

  • No rebooking allowed during weekends, holidays and peak season (November - May).

  • Rate adjustments may apply for rescheduled bookings.

8. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees.

9. Guest Capacity

  • Casa PaVilla can accommodate up to 20 guests only. The management reserves the right to refuse entry of individuals beyond our maximum capacity.

  • Rates are inclusive of up to 15 guests. Any additional guest beyond 15 will be charged ₱350 per head. Please inform us in advance if your group exceeds 15 people.

  • Please refer to your booking confirmation for guest capacity terms if price was negotiated and beyond our standard rate. 

10. Pet Policy

  • Casa PaVilla is a pet-friendly resort, allowing guests to bring up to two small-breed pets. Each pet will be charged ₱300 .

  • Guests must inform us in advance if they plan to bring pets.

  • Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are well-behaved, do not cause damage to the property, and are supervised at all times.

  • Swimming of pets in the swimming pool is not allowed.

  • Any damages caused by pets will incur additional charges.

  • The management shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, fatalities, or loss of pets, while staying at the resort.

11. Swimming Pool Safety Guidelines

  • No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.

  • Please rinse off before entering the pool.

  • Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area.

  • Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.

  • Appropriate swimwear is required.

  • No running or rough play near the pool.

  • Children under 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.

12. House Rules

  • Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests during their stay.

  • Damages to resort facilities caused by the guest(s) or their pets will be charged accordingly.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

  • Individuals who choose to use the swimming pool may do so at their own risk. The management shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, fatalities, or loss of personal belongings, while staying at the resort.

  • The Management reserves the right to decline, revoke, or render the reservation agreement null and void upon check-in if the provided details fail to match the agreed-upon information.

13. Appliances

The use of appliances within the premises is strictly prohibited, except for medical purposes. Those bringing medical appliances must notify the staff on duty. For non-medical appliances, such as stereos, fans, or electric cookers, approval from the management is required before bringing them onto the premises.

14. Force Majeure

Casa PaVilla is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or emergencies.
